Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 56 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO. Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive for all 56 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

Order Processing Time

Non-shipping areas (Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii)

1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
2. Generally, orders are shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
3. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Tracking

2. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
3. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

    1. We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. 
    2. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
